Mudfish forums is a place to find the solution and ask the questions. In this section, it explains how to use the features supported by Mudfish Forums.

Status

Please note that Mudfish Networks leaves answers at our business hours. So if you leave the question at weekend or holidays, it'll get the answer at next business day.

Our business hours: 9 AM ~ 6 PM (KST)

Each forum topics could show the topic status when it's waiting the answer from the forum administrator. Currently the following status is available and each meanings are as follows:

• Status: Queued

  This mean that the topic or comment is newly registered. And it's waiting the answer from the forum administrator.

  Normally it takes 0 ~ 24 hours to be answered.

• Status: Escalated

  This mean that the topic is escalated to the product manager of Mudfish. So it requires the extra verification or action to solve the topic.

  Normally it takes up to 2 ~ 4 days to be answered.
